At HP he led the Fortify and SPI Dynamics business units after the successful acquisition of Fortify by HP in September 2010. Meftah was the 10th employee at Fortify and as Chief Products Officer, lead the build-out and expansion of the company, dubbed "The Next Big Thing" at Enterprise 2005. Prior to Fortify, Meftah was Vice President of Engineering and Product Management at Sychron and had served in several senior management roles at Oracle (News - Alert) Corporation. While at Oracle, within the Server Technologies division, he led the development and product management efforts for the Oracle 9i Database on Windows and .NET (News - Alert) platforms. Meftah graduated from the University of San Francisco with bachelor's and master's degrees in computer science. He also serves on several technical advisory boards and is a limited partner and advisor to several venture capital funds.
