Aurora Diagnostics Completes Acquisition of Arizona DermatopathologyPALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. --(Business Wire)-- Aurora Diagnostics announced today that it has acquired Arizona Dermatopathology in Scottsdale, Arizona. Aurora Diagnostics has 22 laboratories and is the leading operator of high quality regional pathology laboratories in the United States. Dr. Richard Bernert founded Arizona Dermatopathology in 2009 with a strong commitment to providing high-quality pathology services in Arizona. The acquisition gives Aurora its first lab in Arizona.
