Tyler Technologies Acquires SoftCode


PLANO, Texas --(Business Wire)--

Tyler Technologies (News - Alert), Inc. (NYSE: TYL) today announced that it has acquired SoftCode, a company specializing in software for managing civil processes. SoftCode was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Marlborough, Massachusetts.

SoftCode serves county sheriff departments and offers a complete civil case management solution, from court to service attempts to final execution of payments. With this acquisition, Tyler broadens its portfolio of courts and justice solutions by complementing its Odyssey® product suite.
