Keppel Telecommunications and Transportation appoints Mr Lim Chin Leong to its Board


(ENP Newswire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) ENP Newswire - 01 September 2014 Release date- 29082014 - Singapore - Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation Ltd has strengthened its Board with the appointment of Mr Lim Chin Leong as an independent, non-executive Director with effect from 1 September 2014.



Mr Lim will also be a member of the Nominating Committee and Board Safety Committee. Mr Lim, 59, was with Schlumberger for more than 30 years where he served in various roles from technical, personnel and line management positions in Asia, the Middle East and the US, including Vice President of Well Completions and Production (Middle East and Asia) and President of Schlumberger Oilfield Services. Mr Lim retired as Chairman of Asia for Schlumberger in 2010. Upon retirement, he assumed a consulting role for Schlumberger Carbon Services and business advisor to Imerys for their minerals mining business in China.

With the appointment of Mr Lim, the Board of Keppel T&T will have a total of ten directors, of whom six are independent directors.
