Pilgrim Quality Solutions Appoints David Pincus as Chief Financial OfficerTAMPA, Fla. --(Business Wire)-- Pilgrim Quality Solutions, a leading global provider of enterprise quality management software and services for the Life Sciences, today announced the appointment of David Pincus to Chief Financial Officer, effective June 23, 2014.

Mr. Pincus has more than 25 years of domestic and international financial and leadership experience in a combination of multinational, private equity and venture capital funded businesses, and has served as the CFO of a Private Equity fund. He has held key positions within the technology, medical device, manufacturing, publishing, direct marketing and private equity arenas. He previously was Vice President of Finance at Optobionics, a medical device company that developed the Artificial Silicon Retina® for the treatment of vision loss due to retinal diseases. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of ABN AMRO Private Equity.
