Morrison Cohen LLP Announces Arrival of Yariv Ben-Ari as Senior Counsel
NEW YORK --(Business Wire)--
Morrison Cohen LLP today announced the arrival of Yariv Ben-Ari, a
Senior Counsel in the Firm's Real Estate Department, as well as its
interdepartmental Real Estate Finance & Restructuring Group. Prior to
joining Morrison Cohen, Yariv was an associate at Herrick Feinstein LLP
where he concentrated in the areas of commercial real estate and finance.
Yariv Ben-Ari's practice is focused on all areas of commercial real
estate. Yariv has represented investment banks, commercial banks, and
other lending institutions in real estate finance transactions,
including multi-property and multi-state acquisitions and financings,
international development projects, and refinancings pertaining to
office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, and mixed-use properties.
His practice includes a full range of commercial real estate
transactions, such as mortgage, mezzanine and other financing
transactions, workouts, dispositions, and commercial leasing. Yariv's
recent work has involved hotel and resort properties, spas, time-shares,
shopping centers and other retail facilities, and residential and
condominium developments. Yariv has also worked with agent lenders and
syndicate members and has experience with agency and syndication
documents. Yariv uses his knowledge of American and Israeli business
cultures and legal systems to assist Israeli businesses and enterprises
in the United States and Israel.
