B3 Solutions Appoints Brett O'Donnell Vice President of Business Development

B3 Solutions, LLC., which provides program management, acquisition management, information technology and security, financial management, and supply chain management and logistics services to the federal government, announced that it has appointed Brett O'Donnell vice president of business development.

O'Donnell brings to B3 Solutions more than 30 years of federal marketplace experience in business development, sales, sales management, capture and proposal management, program management, information technology and engineering. O'Donnell is an award-winning sales executive and program manager responsible for capturing billions in federal contracts and managing a diverse set of programs for multiple clients.

Before joining B3 Solutions, Mr. O'Donnell served as a business development director at Computer Sciences (News - Alert) Corporation where he focused on the Department of Homeland Security. Prior to that, he worked with numerous federal government agencies in sales management and client relationship roles for several systems integrators.

O'Donnell earned his bachelor of science in chemical engineering from the University of Maryland.
