Corporate Network Services Wins CIO-SP3 Contract

Jul 10, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Corporate Network Services, a small business IT consulting firm to the federal government announced it was awarded a prime contract by the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC).

Other members of the response team include Salient Federal Solutions and RCM Technologies, Inc.

The Chief Information Officer Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) contract is a Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) for IT Solutions. This 10-year multiple award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity is valued at $20 Billion for all awardees. Under this contract, awardees will provide a broad range of IT Solutions across 10 task areas to meet health, scientific, biomedical, and information management requirements for numerous Federal agencies.

"Corporate Network Services has been working in health IT for over 12 years for the Department of Defense so we are looking forward to transferring those skills learned to NIH," said Tom Keller, manager of the company's Government Solutions Group.

The Corporate Network Services team will provide IT Solutions on the following distinct task areas: IT Services for Biomedical Research, Health Sciences and Healthcare, Chief Information Officer (CIO) Support, Imaging, Outsourcing, IT Operations and Maintenance, Integration Services, Critical Infrastructure Protection and Information Assurance, Digital Government, Enterprise Management Systems, and Software Development.
