NEW YORK, July 2, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Bankrate, Inc. (NYSE: RATE) announced today that it plans to hold a conference call on July 31, 2012 at 4:30 P.M. Eastern time to discuss the company's second quarter 2012 financial results. The call will be led by Bankrate's President and Chief Executive Officer, Thomas R. Evans. Also participating in the call will be Edward J. DiMaria, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. A press release on the results for the quarter will be issued after the market closes on July 31st.
