BRIEF: 3rd suspect in Beaufort ATM robbery charged

Jun 15, 2012 (The Island Packet - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- The third suspect wanted in connection with a May 1 armed robbery at an ATM in Beaufort has been arrested today, according to police.

Jamaria Bryan, 17, of St. Helena Island was charged with armed robbery, with bond set at $100,000.

Marquise Singleton, 17, and Archie Robinson, 17, both of St. Helena, were charged Wednesday with armed robbery. Their bonds were also $100,000. A warrant was issued for Bryan's arrest.

According to police, armed men robbed a woman while she withdrew money from an ATM in the Walmart parking lot at 350 Robert Smalls Parkway. Police said they used surveillance footage to identify the suspects.
