SurePayroll Unveils Free Mobile Payroll App for Android

SurePayroll, a provider of online payroll services, announced the launch of its free mobile payroll app on Google's Android (News - Alert) Market.

The mobile payroll app enables small business customers to process their payroll quickly and easily from anywhere, at any time. Small businesses can use their Android mobile devices for processing. SurePayroll's Mobile Payroll App allows users to complete the entire payroll process in seconds.

Leveraging the free app, small business users can process payroll using the threescreen or one step payroll method.

As per the threescreen method, users need to log into their secure SurePayroll account on their Android, enter payroll, preview data for accuracy, and approve it, a statement from the company said.

According to the One-click method, payroll data rarely changes. One-Click enables users to complete the entire payroll process from within their account using the touch of one button.

In both these methods, SurePayroll calculates wages and deductions, deposits and files quarterly and annual payroll taxes, and pays employees using direct deposit.

Small business owners can also use SurePayroll's Mobile Payroll app to manage payroll data, such as changing an employee's hourly rate and tax deductions, or accessing previous payroll summary reports. With the app, users have the same access to customer support via phone, e-mail or online chat.

More than 30,000 customers rely on SurePayroll to process payroll on demand. Moreover, SurePayroll offers online solutions for managing 401(k) plans, health insurance, workers' compensation, employee screening and more.

Recently, SurePayroll announced its association with ZANE Benefits to offer small business employers affordable health savings programs. This program allows small business owners an opportunity to provide programs that will save their employees real money, but may not cost them a cent in the end.
