Professional Services Organizations Augment Salesforce CRM Investments Via FinancialForce.com

FinancialForce.com recently reported that they are witnessing strong customer success in the professional services segment. The success of FinancialForce.com is due to its presence on the cloud. Many organizations are moving towards cloud computing to augment their resources and to reduce their expenditure.

Some of the large companies that have implemented FinancialForce.com include Centerstance Inc, Chi Solutions, Convio, HumanConcepts, IMS Health, Maxwell Systems, NAV Canada, Perceptive Software, Quattro Innovation Group, Sysnet, The Compliance Company Inc, Universal Mind, and Voxclever.

In a release, Jereme Roche, FinancialForce.com’s president and CEO said, “A high percentage of Salesforce CRM users sell services. Now this large group of users is extending their CRM applications to include professional services automation and online accounting to improve utilization and increase efficiency. PSOs can eliminate departmental barriers and create a more collaborative environment centered on their customers. We are experiencing rapid growth in this industry because PSOs recognize the value of running sales, services and finance applications all on the Force.com cloud.”

FinancialForce.com recently released a new product called FinancialForce PSA which includes the power of SalesForce CRM and Force.com on the cloud to help improve the services organization. Also Force.com created a unique solution called FinancialForce SRP which is a collection of SalesForce CRM, FinancialForce PSA, and FinancialForce Accounting to help companies deliver their projects and bill them in a collaborative approach.

Greg Lueck, Centerstance managing partner said, “I had a notion that having our entire internal enterprise systems native to the Force.com platform would be more effective and efficient. Now I realize that initially I underestimated the resulting benefits and positive outcomes by several orders of magnitude. It is so powerful to be able to track all of our business from accounts, contacts, leads and opportunities through closed-won sales to the delivery and completion of the project, to the final billing on one platform with one interface using one data repository. I just can’t imagine going back to the ‘old school’ way.”

Companies like HumanConcepts are using FinancialForce PSA to help them plan their resources based on their current availability and upcoming sales opportunities.
