Versitec Earns Elite Status in Symantec Technical Support Partner Program for Third Consecutive Year


COLUMBUS, Ohio --(Business Wire)-- Versitec, a division of Cranel, Inc. announced today it has achieved top ratings for a third consecutive year on its Symantec(TM) Technical Support Partner Program (TSPP) evaluation. Versitec is one of just three TSPP partners in North America to score within the elite tier three years in a row.



The objective of Symantec's TSPP is to provide its customers with a highly streamlined support experience via its partner network. Users have direct access to partners with highly qualified support staff seasoned in troubleshooting multi-vendor issues.

As an elite TSPP member, Versitec receives the same extensive training as Symantec's internal support staff, and must satisfy support lab, renewal infrastructure and call center requirements. In addition, Symantec continually monitors Versitec's case closure records, training history and renewal rates to ensure a high quality level of support is maintained. This year, Versitec received a 97% rating, placing them in the highest performance tier.
